We meet every Thursday from 7:45 - 10 pm at The Pavilions in the Park.

Joining a class of 4-6 students, you will learn all aspects of Life Saving, from the RLSS UK Survive and Save Programme which includes resuscitation skills and basic first aid. We also run training sessions at Southwater Lake and in the sea at Lancing during the Summer months, so there is the opportunity to try skills you have learnt in different open water environments.

Once you have achieved your qualification, you may wish to join our competition team. There is a chance to enter Life Saving competitions at both Club, Branch and National levels. You may also become a Survive and Save Lifesaving Instructor.

The Club is always keen to welcome new members, so, if you live in Horsham or surrounding areas, come along and meet us any Thursday evening. Ask for the Lee Wright, who will be pleased to give you further information.
